Corporate social responsibility

If a company wishes to be for the common good, it must first respect all who work there, all those who contribute. I love to say that in ELDOR we have no “employees”, but rather “teammates” and “supporters”. I like to think that all the people who work in our company believe in it, working with commitment and enthusiasm to increase our wealth and competitiveness.
Being for the common good, our company is at the core of the community and, if we give it this role, this can breed a sense of happiness.

Eldor Group’s effort for sustainability is put into effect through several ways.
Definition of, and compliance with, clear rules to guarantee all internal and external corporate relationships are always in line with the integrity, honesty and fairness standard.
Identification of measures for protecting the environment and reducing the exploitation of
natural resources. Guaranteeing all employees a safe work environment able to preserve their physical and moral integrity.
Promotion of initiatives aimed to guarantee the personal, social and cultural development of employees and, more generally, their wellness, thus guaranteeing a fair work/private life balance. Support to socially committed actions, such as support to the less well off, promotion of sports and cultural activities, development of local communities.
